This policy applies to all personal data we hold about individuals who contact us, enquire about programmes, or enrol. It does not cover data held by third-party service providers under their own policies.
Questions about this policy should be directed to: [email protected]
2. Data we collect and why
We collect personal data through the contact form on this website and, on enrolment, through a separate enrolment process. The categories of data and the purpose for collecting each are as follows:
- Name and email address — to respond to enquiries and to administer programme enrolment. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
- Phone number — collected if provided voluntarily; used only to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: consent.
- Message content — the text of your enquiry, used only to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to contact.
- IP address and browser data — collected via server logs and analytics cookies if you have consented. Used to understand site usage patterns. Legal basis: consent.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor and not stored on our systems. We receive only a transaction confirmation.
Data retention: Enquiry data is held for 12 months from last contact. Enrolment records are held for 7 years for accounting and contractual purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 26 months.
3. How we use personal data
We use the data we collect only for the purposes stated at collection. Specifically:
- To respond to your enquiry, typically within two working days.
- To administer your enrolment, including issuing payment confirmations and providing access to session recordings and materials.
- To send you programme-related information such as schedule reminders and cohort communications. These are not marketing; they are operational communications arising from your enrolment.
- To improve the website using aggregated, anonymised analytics data.
- To comply with applicable Malaysian law, including the PDPA 2010 and the Companies Act 2016.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics, if you have consented via the cookie banner. Data processed under Google's terms.
- Payment processor — handles payment data directly; we receive only a transaction confirmation and do not store card details.
- Email service provider — used to receive and send enquiry responses. Emails are stored on their servers subject to their data protection policies.
We do not share personal data with any other third parties except where required by Malaysian law.
5. Data protection measures
- Website connections use TLS encryption (HTTPS).
- Access to personal data is restricted to staff with a legitimate need to access it for programme administration.
- Personal data is stored on servers located in Malaysia or Singapore.
- In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify the affected individuals and, where required, the relevant authorities within the timeframes required under applicable law.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for essential site functionality and, with your consent, for analytics. See our Cookie Policy for full details of the cookies in use, their purpose, and how to manage your preferences.
7. Your rights under PDPA 2010
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access: to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correct: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 21 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
